“Slow Horses” has been honored for its writing before, but this was its first nomination at the 76th Emmys. Showrunner Will Smith won for the drama’s third season, based on Mick Herron’s book “Real Tigers,” which streamed on Apple TV+ in November and December 2023.
“The Morning Show” also took home an Emmy, this time a second win for star Billy Crudup in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
