After a lengthy delay, Ikea is finally adding Matter support to its Dirigera smart hub. It was initially expected a “few months” after launch in 2022 but instead it is arriving a quarter through 2024. It’s initially rolling out for beta users if the Ikea app before expanding to all users.
Samsung is set to release its 2024 TV lineup which all include a SmartThings Matter hub and support for Apple AirPlay. Users who register on Samsung’s site can save an additional $100 off.
