Apple begins notifying WWDC invite lottery winners

If you’re a developer who applied to attend WWDC, Apple has begun notifying the lucky few selected to attend in person.

Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference takes place every June, and while it is mostly prerecorded video, there is still an in-person component. Swift Student Challenge winners, press, and some lucky developers get to travel to Apple Park.

Developers have started posting their emailed invitations across social media. Those who won the lottery must claim their seat to ensure it isn’t released for someone else to grab.
