In 2022, Apple TV+ became the first streamer to win a Best Picture Oscar with its film “CODA.” Now in 2024, it’s up for a second chance at this most prestigious of all film awards.
“Killers of the Flower Moon” has been nominated for Best Picture, where it will compete with nine other movies, including “Barbie,” “Oppenheimer,” and “Anatomy of a Fall.” Martin Scorsese has been nominated for Best Director.
